A DIET PLAN FOR 600 CALORIE FOOD PER DAY:

1)Early morning:One glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon added to it
2)Morning Breakfast:Any one or two of the following items:
a)One cup of tea or coffee with a little milk added to it.
b)any small fruit except banana and mango.
c)two or three small tomatoes or cucumbers.
d)Non-vegetarians can take a egg.
3)Mid-day meal:
a)First of all,chew properly two or three small cucumbers or tomatoes
b)One small chapati
c)Half a bowl of any low-calorie vegetable
d)Half a bowl of moong soup
e)Non-vegetarians can take a little piece of meat or fish
4)After tea/early evening:As per the morning breakfast
5)Supper:As per the midday meal except for the fact that a small bowlful of rice can be taken

a)first of all chew properly 2 or 3 medium size cucumbers or 4 or 5 tomatoes.
b)one small chapati or a slice of bread
c)one small bowl of a vegetable with low calories
d)one small bowl of Moong soup
e)Non-vegetarians can take some meat or a fish
4)Afternoon/Early evening:As per the morning breakfast.
5)Supper:As per the Midday meal except that half a bowl or rice or khichari may be taken as a substitute for chapatis or bread.

1)Early morning:One glass of warm water with a few drops of a lemon added to it
2)Morning Breakfast:Take any one or two of the following items:
a)One cup of milk without sugar or one cup of tea or coffee with a little milk
b)One khakhara or a slice of bread
c)One small fruit
d)two or three small tomatoes or cucumbers
3)Mid day meal:
a)First of all,before commencing the meal take one cup of warm clear vegetable soup or any green leaf soup.
b)Chew properly 4 or 5 tomatoes or 2 or 3 medium size cucumbers.This items can be consumed in a large quantity if desired.
c)One small bowl of vegetable
d)Two small chapaties or a slices of bread
e)One small bowl of moong or any other similar cereal
f)Non-vegetarian can take some meat or fish
4)Afternoon/Early evening:As per the morning breakfast
5)Supper:As per the mid day meal except for the fact that one small bowl of khichri or rice can be taken as as substitute for chapatis or bread.

Among modern therapies,Magnet Therapy also occupies a very important place.In this therapy magnets are used for curing a patient's disease.Every magnet has two poles:North pole and Southpole.When a magnet is tied to a string and suspended in the air,the end that points to the north is called North pole and the end that points to the south is called south pole.The South pole is cold and it slows down various processes of the body.The North pole is hot and it stimulates various processes of the body
The characteristics of the North pole stimulates the process of the body.Whenever the person's body metabolism is slow,consequently the food ,instead of being burnt away gets transformed into fat.If the process of burning away the food can be stimulated in some way, the obesity can be prevented or removed

Besides this they should drink 3 to 4 times during the day,the water treated with the North pole of the magnet.Each time the quantity of the water should be about half a cup.
If a glass or a bottle filled with water is kept in constant contact with the North pole of a magnet at least for twelve hours it becomes properly magnetised.

  • Cabbage is considered to be an excellent home remedy for obesity.Substituting a meal with cabbage salad would be the simplest way to stay slim.
  • Drink a cup of water with 3 teaspoons lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon powdered black pepper, and a teaspoon of honey every day for three months.
  • In the morning, eat 10 fresh curry leaves. Do this for three or four months.
